Falling asleep in 60 seconds?

How does it work? Simple,
Close the mouth and inhale from the nose for 4 seconds.
Hold the breath (mouth closed) for 7 seconds.
Exhale for 8 seconds, letting all the air out.
Repeat the exercise 3 times.
